 “It’s all in your head”

This accusation is particularly unfair. It blames you when the truth is that the doctor cannot admit an inability to determine the cause of your diarrhea. It covers up the fact that our society’s scientific understanding of how the digestive system works is in its infancy. We have only an elementary understanding that substances such as hydrochloric acid, sodium bicarbonate, bile and an unknown number of digestive enzymes are necessary to break down food into absorbable nutrients. We do not know what triggers the release of these substances nor why some digestive systems fail to produce enough of some or all of them for proper digestion. The problems are not in your head. They are physical problems which occur in the upper part of your digestive system where food should be broken down into absorbable nutrients. For some unknown physical reason, the upper part of your digestive system is not functioning properly. My book reveals everything that I have figured out. I hope you can use this information to figure out a way to stabilize your own digestive health until the scientists gain a better understanding of digestive functions.
